patch applied (ghc-6.10/ghc): Tweak gen_contents_index

  * Tweak gen_contents_index
  It now works again after it has been installed, as well as while it is
  in a source tree.
  After it's been installed it filters out the ghc package, as that
  currently swamps everything else in the index.
