Validate fails on Windows

Yes, I don't have the test suite. The "testsuite" directory does not
exist.

How do I get the test suite? I would have expected the details to be at
the top of this page:
http://hackage.haskell.org/trac/ghc/wiki/Building/RunningTests

[Once someone gives me the details, I'll add them to that page]

It would be nice if the validate script gave some useful hint at this
point (or before starting the validate), but perhaps its not worth the
effort to make the change.
