Validation failures under Windows

For information, my shell is:
nmitche6 at wlon1207009001 /cygdrive/c/ghc-build/ghc
$ help
GNU bash, version 3.2.39(20)-release (i686-pc-cygwin)
And I now am down to one failure:
Unexpected failures:
break008(ghci)
