patch applied (testsuite): Tweak rule2 test and accept output

  * Tweak rule2 test and accept output
  The test now suppresses uniques to avoid spurious changes in the output

    M ./tests/ghc-regress/simplCore/should_compile/all.T -1 +1
    M ./tests/ghc-regress/simplCore/should_compile/rule2.stderr -4 +15
