Constructive, and well-characterised bug reports aren't a nuisance, they are a help! Like any open-source project, we're heavily limited on human effort, so you may not get responses as quickly as we'd like, but knowing the problems is always useful.
I'm ccing cvs-ghc, and Ian in particular.
