According to windres docs, the call to windres in driver/ghci/ghc.mk
needs a '-I driver/ghci', so that the 'ghci.ico' referred to can be found.
Adding this avoids the error for my windres (2.16.91 20050827) - 
do newer versions add that directory implicitly?
