patch applied (ghc-6.12/ghc): ghc-stage2 is now renamed to ghc when it is installed

  * ghc-stage2 is now renamed to ghc when it is installed
  This means that we get the right program name in error messages etc.

    M ./ghc.mk -1 +4
    M ./ghc/ghc.mk +6
    M ./rules/shell-wrapper.mk -1 +5
