patch applied (ghc-6.12/ghc): Stop mkdependC.prl creating files called "nul"

  * Stop mkdependC.prl creating files called "nul"
  We haven't reproduced it, but this is almost certainly the culprit.
  We may now get a little extra noise in the build logs, although it
  looks like the command we run is silent anyway.
