Tests which have nothing to do with my patch

I believe these two are performance failures which relate to a performance lossage after applying patches to the 'containers' package.  We still need to figure out what to do there .  Meanwhile don't worry

Hi,

I have a patch for #4316 ready to upload, however, when I
$ sh validate
there are two imports that only use classes or instances, but because of -Werror fails.

Also, there are two tests, 1969 and 3294, which appear to have nothing to do with the patch, which fail.

Any pointers?
