It's in the darcs.haskell.org:/home/builder/code/builder/ghcConfig/
darcs repo, and after changing it you need to kill -HUP the
builder-server. You'll need to add a gbc_configureFlags for the builder.

Or if you let me know what ghc to use then I can make the change.
