[GHC] #5793: make fibon not suck

Thank you for doing this David. We need good benchmarks, and we have not put serious work into nofib for ages.  It would be terrific if a standard nofib run also ran the fibon programs too.

|  Pushed a whole bunch of fixes so that fibon all compiles now at least. Now
|  need to do some work on framework and make sure all the tests have
|  significant run-times.
