We don't have anyone to package Hugs for windows at the moment, but several useful changes and fixes have accumulated and deserve wider usage, so I propose to do a source-only release next week. There's still time to keep the "with" keyword (but I think it has no future, having been deprecated for some time and now taken by an identifier in a standard module).
