  Log:
  * Adapted examples to the latest (minor) API changes, everything compiles now.

  * Added a bunch of signatures to reduce warnings.

  * Strange: When the "name" and "caption" attributes of a "bild" element have the
    same value, no label is emitted. As a simple workaround, avoid this situation
    for now.
