Cast (old -> new): win32 -> Win32, x11 -> X11, graphics -> HGL

X11 works, as does HGL on X11. The graphics part of Win32 (and
therefore HGL on Win32) doesn't work with GHC; a Windows expert will
be required to fix it. The old x11 and graphics packages weren't
being built with hslibs anyway.

And then there's the fake dependency of Cabal on util.
