patch applied (packages/HUnit): Make it build with base 3 or 4

  * Make it build with base 3 or 4
  But make sure it always uses base 4 with ghc-6.10
  It now compiles with ghc-6.8 and 6.10

    M ./HUnit.cabal -2 +11
    M ./Test/HUnit/Lang.lhs -2 +15
