  As it says in http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/README:
  
    - Use the base canonical URI in combination with one of the
      pathnames below. For example, for "chunked" HTML, output:
  
      http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/html/chunk.xsl
