  * New API calls: Text.Parse.readByParse and readsPrecByParsePrec.

  Also, the corresponding versions in Text.Parse.ByteString.
  They are intended to make it easy to create an instance of the old Read
  class (for backwards compatibility) once you have written your TextParser.
