Heads up: darcs.haskell.org server changed

At the moment I keep getting timeouts when I try to access the wiki. Not sure if this is a temporary problem or something more persistent.

Hey Ian, can you fix the permissions on /srv/darcs/testsuite.git?
Group needs the write bit.  (chmod -R g+w /srv/darcs/testsuite.git)
