Comment:

 This presumably isn't affecting haddocking GHC or its libraries, as that
 would cause the build to fail, so the haddock trac is the right place for
 this report. I'll therefore close this ticket and leave
 http://trac.haskell.org/haddock/ticket/207 to track the issue.
