Comment:

 I can't reproduce this with 7.6.2. I suspect that it was a bad interaction
 caused by libraries being reinstalled. If you can reproduce it starting
 from a fresh ghc install (including no user package database in `~/.ghc/`
 then please open a ticket and give details.
