 It is common to install LLVM tools with a version suffix (such as opt-3.0,
 llc-3.0, etc) so that multiple versions may co-exist.  For example, the
 Debian package llvm-3.0 does this.

 It would be nice if the build system could detect such tools without
 needing `--with-opt`, etc, specifically.
