 Enumeration doesn't work in parallel array comprehensions:

 {{{
 nums = [: 0 .. 100 :]
 }}}

 causes a compiler panic. Interestingly, the panic seems to happen before
 typechecking because if we add some nonsense:

 {{{
 other = 5 / "bad"
 nums = [: 0 .. 100 :]
 }}}

 it still panics.
