[GHC] #1232: generalise runhaskell to support arbitrary file names, not just those with .{l}hs extensions

I'm pretty sure they won't.

1) go to http://hackage.haskell.org/trac/ghc/ticket/1232

2) click on the "login" link, log in as guest/guest

   a) if you want a user, register, but you'll also need to have Ian
      Lynagh (email easily findable) activate it

3) type your comment

4) save changes
