Comment:

 Fixed; the building guide is now on the wiki and doesn't have these bugs.
 I've just updated the main GHC documentation wiki page so that we don't
 advertise the old building guide any more.

 We need to merge the removal of the old building guide into the 6.6
 branch, so I've left this ticket as a merge.
