Comment:

 I've fixed a couple of serious bugs, and added a test case to test the
 various kinds of heap profile.  There may still be bugs lurking, but we'll
 need more specific repro cases if you can find any.

 Without seeing your code I can't tell why all the allocation would be
 attributed to `Main.CAF`.  Any way you can send a cut-down example?

 I'm closing this bug, please open up a new one if you have more info.
