Comment:

 Hi Chris,

 As discussed as while ago on IRC, now that the regex packages are not
 corelibs but extralibs, there's no need for the repo to follow the GHC
 release schedule. Please feel free to merge changes in as you think best.

 One other thing: It would make life simpler if we can tar up the code
 release with GHC, put it on hackage and then bump the version number in
 the repo (so we don't end up with two different 0.91 versions).
