 Thanks for the report.

 I've actually been rewriting the throwTo code recently, and I'm pretty
 confident in the new version.  But that doesn't help you with 6.12.x,
 since it won't appear until 6.14.1.

 All I can suggest is to keep an eye on it, and if you find it to be
 repeatable at all then update the bug with more details.
