GHC 5.02.3 binary for OpenBSD x86 3.1

I've recompiled the OpenBSD port of ghc-5.02.3 against OpenBSD 3.1, for
those who need it. The binary package (15M) is available from:
 
     ftp://ftp.cse.unsw.edu.au/pub/users/dons/ghc/ghc-5.02.3.tgz

There is a readme with full install instructions.
