ANNOUNCE: GHC version 6.6 for PC-Solaris

Herewith I announce a binary distribution for PCs under Solaris 10.

http://www.informatik.uni-bremen.de/agbkb/forschung/formal_methods/CoFI/hets/pc-solaris/versions/ghc-6.6-i386-unknown-solaris2.tar.bz2

It's only a prototypical distribution that has been created without a
threaded rts and without object-code splitting (SplitObjs=No in mk/build.mk)

But this ghc is able to build large projects and ghci is working for our
students.

Although our hardware supports also the amd64 instruction set
architecture (isa), the binary distribution uses the i386 isa. So there
is room for improvement, volunteers are welcome.

The build includes (html) documentation and the usual extra libraries.

Cheers Christian
