ANNOUNCE: GHC 6.10.4 Release Candidate 1

Good rc1 build on OS X 10.5.7 (Leopard/intel). Couldn't run the 6.10.3 
testsuite all the way through. Failed with things like

Should I be running a different version of the tests?
