ANNOUNCE: GHC version 6.12.3

Hi,

I've successfully compiled ghc-6.12.3 under x86 solaris.

However, for the testsuite I had to add '-lz' to the threaded1 entry of
config.way_flags in file testsuite/config/ghc:

        'threaded1'  : ['-lz', '-threaded', '-debug'],

Otherwise I got many link failures of the kind:
