[Haskell-cafe] Expanding do notation

Thanks Bulat and Chris for helping me to understand this.  I just  
found a perfect description in Rabhi and Lapalme's book _Algorithms:  
a Functional Programming Approach_ , Chapter 3 "The efficiency of  
functional programs.
