[Haskell-cafe] Shootout favouring C

Spurred out of my typical lazy state by the recent
Haskell-cafe, I went ahead and bumped Ackermann to
9,10, and 11
to see what would happen.
As expected, GHC makes quite a good showing, moving to
behind Ada, ML, and Clean (though massively shorter
of the better-performing solutions).
Looks like I fouled something up such that Ruby and
others do not
register. I may have to play with stack limits again.
