Due to a few changes, this caveat no longer applies. As a result
Haskell performs just a bit better. The code is still at
http://cse.unl.edu/~sjanssen/huffman.hs. The old main is left for
reference, renamed to main'.
Run time (in seconds) for 10 iterations:
Old Haskell: 25.6
New Haskell: 8.8
