I was reading Daan's paper on scoped labels and it
struck me...

has anyone tried a variation of the language where
records are by dafault strict? and unboxed when
appropriate?

extended question: 
doesn't it makes more sense? laziness and partial
applications go very well together, and the ADT
constructors are often partially applied...
