Don, this does not work:
includes: SFMT.h SFMT_wrap.h
You cannot limit the scope of the SFMT_wrap.h to be just this package.
You can limit .h scope to one file or global -- nothing in between.
You can limit it to just that file by specifying the .h file in the
foreign import declaration:
> foreign import ccall "private.h foo" foo :: IO ()
Alternatively you can also install SFMT_wrap.h.
