As you said yourself, you need to add a type signature to fs:

> {-# LANGUAGE RankNTypes #-}
>

> fs :: ((forall a . ((a, a) -> a)) -> t) -> (t, t)
> fs g = (g fst, g snd)
>
> examples = (fs id, fs repeat, fs (\x -> [x]), fs ((,)id))
