[Haskell-cafe] Unable to install packages

on Debian and Ubuntu it works generally to install as much as possible
from the Debian (Ubuntu) repositories. There is, for example, a
libghc6-gtksourceview2-dev package. And there is even a leksah package
on Debian, and in Ubuntu since natty.
