Thanks.  That got lambdabot happy and installed.  

For the record (and for the lazyweb):

	$ sudo port deactivate -f libiconv
	$ cabal install lambdabot
	$ sudo port activate libiconv

I may try that with a source install for the next release of the Haskell Platform.
