[Haskell-cafe] Can't build Gtk2hs on Windows

Wrong.

Apparently the bundle I downloaded contains GTK+ 2.20, which is fine. 
But the page above clarifies what the real problem is: HP 2011.2.0.1 
doesn't work, apparently. (Doesn't say why.)
