It's been open for registration for some time now.<br></blockquote></div><br>In that case, how about changing the site notice[1] from "Note: new account creation has been disabled as an anti-spam measure," which seems to indicate otherwise, to something more informative. Alternatively, add an informative link to the login page[2] and clear the site notice.<br>
