It's easy (and I recommend you do it yourself).<br>
<br>
* darcs get http://...blah/blah/foo<br>
* cp -R /my/hacked/copy/of/foo/* foo<br>
* cd foo<br>
* darcs record<br>
* darcs send --help<br>

That is, just copy your version of the source tree on top of a darcs repository of the original source tree, then record the changes.<br>
