People write libraries that they need, and if they are generous (or sadistic, in some cases), they release them to the general public under varying sorts of licenses. Members of other communities have needed mail libraries, so those communities have mail libraries. Assuming for a moment that Haskell doesn't have mail libraries (which Michael Snoyman appears to disprove in more than one reply to you), that simply means that Haskell developers have not needed mail libraries yet. It's not a failing of the language nor is it a failing of the community. It reflects the different kinds of people who program in different languages.</div>
