The error seems odd to me (cabal-install-1.16.0.2 depends on Cabal-1.16.0.3 which failed to install.), that an older version depends on a newer one?<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>There was a minor bug in the Cabal library necessitating a point release. cabal-install was unaffected; why make a new release just to have pretty versioning?</div>
