Er, are you sure?  According to 
   ftp://ftp.cs.yale.edu/pub/TR/LISTING
TR1106 is "The Haskell 1.3 Language Version" and comes from 1996.
(Earlier versions of the Haskell Report also appear with separate
numbers in this listing).

doesn't appear to know of any later print versions.
