I'll get this on the "Haskell Bookshelf" at haskell.org as soon as I can. I'd like to add that this is a really good book! It would be really enjoyable to teach a class from it. I'd like to collect the code from the book over at haskell.org so that it will be easier to get at all of the excellent examples in it. John
