[Haskell] how to cite the (revised) Haskell Report

Hello,

how should one cite the revised Haskell Report?  As "Journal of Functional 
Programming 13(1)" or "Haskell 98 Language and Libraries, The Revised 
Report"?  Who should be mentioned as the editor?  According to 
http://www.cambridge.org/uk/journals/JFP/, Paul Hudak is the editor of the 
Journal of Functional Programming but Simon Peyton Jones is the editor of the 
revised Haskell Report.

Would someone be able to post a sample BibTeX entry?  That would be nice.
