Ok. Done!

It looks much nicer, I agree.

So, the frontpage now has recent news, with our icfp prize at the top.
Then if you go to 'Old news' you get hwn news back to 2005, and then
the haskell.org news going back to 2001. I merged the frontpage
haskell.org news into the 2005 news.
