Hugs for Macintosh 2001/11/19

I made an update to the version that I and Pablo Azero used to develop; it
is at

The sources I used to compile these, using Metrowerks CodeWarrior Pro 5 are at

If somebody is willing to put this stuff up elsewhere, please let me know.

It differs from the 2001/10/12 version in that the :e command now works as
it used to do in the Mac versions building on the kernels before the
hugs98-Feb2001 kernel. (I merely removed the extra quotes that this kernel
inserts in machdep.c, startEdit(); see the Mac sources.)
