Bug in Nov-2002 Hugs with graphics library

OK, I think I've nailed this one now; installer + bundles have been
updated with a new&improved version of StdDIS.dll

If you prefer not to download a new installer just for that one file, the
fixed DLL is available via

   http://cvs.haskell.org/Hugs/downloads/Nov2002/StdDIS.dll

replace it with the one in lib/win32/
